6 Rounds of:
- 3 Back Squats @ 75% of 1RM
- 10 Ring Push Ups
* rest 45 seconds between each round

Then:

- 100 Situps for time

  2. Used High bar squat values based on my x3 RM semi max I did last week and wore a 15lb Rhodesian Chest rig with gravel.

    235lbs on the bar
    Deficit Pushups
    Situps 7:59

  5. 315lbs for all sets on back squat.

    3:44 for sit-ups.

    Good little workout. More challenging than I thought it would be. 315 is 75% of 420, which isn't my 1RM, but I knocked it down a little bit because I haven't squatted heavy in a few weeks.

    Probably could have gone heavier with the squats, they were tough but not as tough as I imagined they'd be.
